Simple Steps to

At ChatterChamps, we make speech therapy easy to follow and engaging for every family.
From the first form to fun, personalised sessions — we’re here for your child, every step of the way.
Intake Forms
You will be required to complete and submit an online form detailing your child’s communication concerns, reason for referral, and background information. You will also need to complete and sign a terms of trade document (including privacy policy, fees, and payment policy).
Initial Consultation
The speech pathologist will obtain a detailed case history of your child and then screen communication issues / clinical observations. The speech pathologist will discuss next steps (further assessment, contact teacher, therapy requirements, etc). You will be provided with a summary report after the initial consultation detailing any screening / assessment results, recommendations, goals, and a therapy plan.
Assesment
Formal assessment of communication difficulties (if required). Assessment findings, recommendations, and goals for treatment will be discussed. A report will be provided within two weeks of the final assessment date.
Therapy
Your child will be provided with a therapy plan tailored to their needs (usually weekly or fortnightly sessions).
